As an organisation with a passion to develop young people and the community, we had to take a step further and start up-skilling participants and organisations with experience and qualification that will allow them to develop even further.

Our aim is to work with NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) young people who have been enrolled on a variety of courses and qualifications to enable them to become more employable.

By taking the training route we aim to

1. Decrease the number of NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) Young People by engaging them in the Foundation Learning Programme.

2. Decrease the number of Youth Un-employment by allowing learners to complete the level 2 Youth Work course which will enable them to apply for employment at one of our projects.

From time to time we will be publicising free entry to qualification so please watch this space and enrol as soon as it comes live.
